theOwnerSay (theownersay.com) is an independent affiliate review site. We synthesize real Reddit owner opinions to help people make better purchasing decisions. We are not affiliated with Amazon or any manufacturer whose products appear on this site.

2. Affiliate disclosure

theOwnerSay participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. We earn a commission when you purchase through links on this site, at no additional cost to you. Commissions never influence the content of our verdicts — every verdict is AI-generated from real Reddit owner posts.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

3. Data we collect

Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter. We store your email and optional first name. We use this to send weekly verdict digests only. We never sell or share your email with third parties.

Affiliate click data — when you click an affiliate link, we log an anonymised record including: product clicked, referring page, browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address. Raw IP addresses are never stored.

No tracking cookies — we do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or any cross-site tracking.

  • To count affiliate click performance (internal analytics only)
  • To detect abuse or bot traffic

5. Your rights

  • Supabase — secure data storage (EU region)
  • Vercel — site hosting and delivery

We also participate in the Amazon Associates affiliate program.
